Botulinum Toxin to Relax Forehead Deep Lines in a Male

Caucasian male mid-50s with the following issues: deep horizontal lines with dermatochalasis (excess upper eyelid skin) and mild brow ptosis which has resulted in frontalis over action leading to these deep lines
Underwent a course of treatment which began with BOTOX injections to relax the muscle without impacting the brow position
This gradually softened the wrinkles and further facial skin condition improvement was achieved with a single platelet rich plasma treatment.

Careful correction of deep horizontal forehead lines with BOTOX Ⓡ wrinkle relaxing treatment in male patient with dermatochalasis at risk of brow ptosis. Further treatment with platelet rich plasma improved the skin condition further.
